What should I do and who should I contact?
Our dealership is an independent business. In the first instance, we recommend you contact the customer service manager (01937849492) option 5. This will be the quickest way of resolving any issues you may have, alternatively if you could send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any concerns we would look to get a response to you as quick as possible.
Should we be unable to reach an agreement and resolve your complaint via our internal procedures, you may refer your complaint to a dispute resolution provider (known as ADR).
